Limitless Couriers is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
The quote form on this site asks for:
- Your company name, business phone number and email address.
- Pickup and delivery contact names, phone numbers, addresses and suburbs.
- The service you want, loading and unloading method, and any notes about the job.
The form does not ask for payment details.
Why we collect it
We use it to quote your job and to carry out the delivery. Each submission is emailed to our team and kept on file as a record of the request.
Who we give it to
The driver doing your pickup or delivery gets the details they need for the run. Otherwise we disclose your information only where the law requires it. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie so the quote form works. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on it.
Storage and access
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep quote requests for as long as we need them for business records. Write to us if you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted.
